Planning fees are due prior to the start of research and itinerary design and are non-refundable. 
Travel planning services, proposals, and customized itineraries will begin once payment has been received in full.

How much time do I have to secure my travel arrangements?

Accepted Answer

Travel pricing and availability are constantly changing, so we encourage clients to review their proposal and confirm their travel arrangements within 48 hours of receiving a quote.

While we make every effort to secure the best available options and pricing for your travel dates, neither pricing nor availability can be guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed and any required deposits or payments have been processed by the supplier.

If more than 48 hours have passed, we may need to re-verify pricing, availability, or itinerary details before proceeding with your booking. Should your circumstances require additional time, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs and explore available options.

Because every traveler and itinerary is unique, we'll help you review available options and choose the coverage that best fits your travel plans and comfort level.

While travel insurance is optional, we highly recommend protecting your trip, especially for international travel, cruises, milestone celebrations, and vacations involving significant non-refundable expenses.

However, if you are booking a non-package trip, we highly recommend booking your flights independently. This gives you the ultimate flexibility for flight changes and ensures you can use any frequent flyer miles or special airline rewards you've earned.
